Exceptional Antique Wall Mirror with Solid Cast Bronze Frame, dated approximately between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th. The frame is made entirely of solid solid bronze, with relief decoration of scallop shells, volutes and plant elements obtained directly in the casting process, which gives it weight, Solidity and manufacturing quality far superior to sheet metal or embossed frames. A custom piece typical of bourgeois homes of the time.
The natural patina of aged bronze – in green and gold tones – is completely authentic and a testament to its age.. The moon preserves the aging effect typical of vintage mirrors, with light marks of time that reinforce its character and authenticity.
