Return policy:

– Once the order has left our facilities, returns are not accepted.

-Once the order arrives, you must check the product before the carrier leaves

– If the product arrives beaten or in disrepair You must write it down on your delivery note and send an email to tienda@nuevasoportunidades.com with photos of the damaged product to be able to process an insurance claim.
