• Material and Style: Solid wood frame (probably pine or stained chestnut) with ornamental details and classic moldings. The handles and closure are made of gold/brass metal.
• Upper Showcase: Two glass doors with a decorative gold metal grid grille. Interior with shelves (not visible in the photo, but usual). Topped by a decorative cornice with a central crest.
• Folding Secretary: The central lid folds down to form a desktop surface (image 20). The interior has a classic organization (“pigeon holes”): small drawers, open shelves and vertical dividers for letters or documents. The interior is made of lighter wood.
• Lower Drawer: Three large drawers with metal knob handles, perfect for general storage.
• Legs and Base: The piece rests on carved ball feet (“bun feet”) and a decorative skirt.
